RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customerservice@erinniguel.com for returns. Please make sure the article you are returning is in the same condition as delivered. You are responsible for your item until we receive it, so we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service. We do not reimburse you for your postage cost back to us.

Please note that the face masks cannot be returned:

Due to the personal nature of these items and the risk of contamination, sales are final.

REPAIRS

We offer a complimentary repair service within 3 months of purchase. If you have an item that requires a repair, then please email customerservice@erinniguel.com including detailed images of the damaged area and a valid proof of purchase. Please note that we do not cover any of the shipping costs incurred when sending your item to our repairs workshops. Repairs may take 3-4 weeks, but we will get your product back to you as soon as possible.
